Ricky Gervais Speaks His Mind
Ricky Gervais is making enemies before he does the job again! Personally, I'm super excited to see what kind of shenanigans are on the way!

Continuing his pop shots at the entertainment industry, Ricky Gervais has a few choice words for actors and their acceptance speeches.
A well known atheist, Gervais slams Hollywood for thanking God when they've won an award. He puts his views into perspective with his closing speech at his Golden Globes skewering last year.
Gervais ended the show with the line, "Thank you to God that I'm an atheist."
To say a few eyebrows were raised is a HUGE understatement.
The comedian said the following about his religious rip:
Let's get this in perspective: They're the wealthiest, most privileged people in the world.Imagine if I had gone out there and said, 'We're all in the same gang. Aren't we brilliant? Us millionaires together.
It was a swipe at all those people who thank God because they won an award. How arrogant is that? There's war and famine and God's going, 'Know what Bullock? Write a speech. I'm not going to say anything, Sandra, but write a speech. That's all I'm saying
What does the searing Gervais have planned next?! We can't wait to find out Sunday!

What Your Fear of Friday the 13th Really Means

For the superstitious, Friday the 13th -- the first of three this year -- could be one of the most sensitive days of the year. "It's been estimated that $800 or $900 million is lost in business on this day because people will not fly or do business they would normally do," says Donald Dossey, founder of the Stress Management Center and Phobia Institute in Asheville, North Carolina told National Geographic.
Fearful of ladders, black cats and breaking mirrors, people with friggatriskaidekaphobia -- the fear of the Friday 13 -- should consider taking it a little easier today. We talked to clinical hypnotherapist Kathy Welter-Nichols, on the difference between phobias and anxiety.
Why It Happens:
"People will go around saying they have phobias, but usually that's anxiety. Anxiety often sets up unnecessary fears in us as children. As children, we can't cope with feelings and we tell ourselves, 'Avoid all situations where this could happen.'"
How To Overcome Fears: "People don't know why they have these experiences. They get embarrassed by them, but they can't stop them -- even if everyone is laughing at them and the silliness of what their behaviour is like. We use neuro linguistic programming -- a form of communication without the use of drugs -- to remove these kinds of conditions. Whether it's a phobia or anxiety, people can recover fully."
Triskaidekaphobia is the fear of the number 13. Any time this date falls, some people get really sensitive about bad things that could happen, Welter-Nichols says.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie will present an award at the Golden Globe Awards on Sunday, The Huffington Post has learned exclusively.Both stars are also nominated for Globes this year. Pitt is up for both Best Actor in a Drama and Best Motion Picture Drama for starring in and producing the baseball film "Moneyball," while Jolie is in contention in the Best Foreign Language Film category for her directorial debut, Yugoslav War drama "In the Land of Blood and Honey."
Pitt and Jolie join a long list of stars scheduled to present on Sunday; Natalie Portman, George Clooney, Mila Kunis, Mark Wahlberg, Robert Downey Jr., Reese Witherspoon, Rob Lowe, Michelle Pfeiffer, Salma Hayek, Melissa McCarthy and Nicole Kidman are amongst the other big names set to hand out trophies at the Ricky Gervais-hosted show.

I have such a soft spot for Kelly Clarkson, this awesome news!

Everybody will be watching the National Anthem at Super Bowl XLVI. It's important and integral to the game. Only the best of the best are allowed to take a crack at it, and by God, they better not forget the lyrics.
So this year, it's Kelly Clarkson's turn for all that pressure!
While the NFL hasn't made the official announcement yet, Kelly tweeted an article about it, confirming it.
We think she'll do well -- she did well in a huge singing competition when she had to remember lyrics the week before competing, so we're sure a song she's heard for a million years won't prove to be much of aproblem.
